Skelephant

About Us

‘In the despair of today’s music, you have given hope.’ A particularly nostalgic audience member of our Northern Guitars show
This four piece rock band originally began with brothers Isaac and Aidan Howell performing as the duo ‘Howl’ in June of 2019, growing to include old schoolmates Callum and Lewis to form Skelephant. Heavily inspired by the classic guitar music of Led Zeppelin and Hendrix, as well as more contemporary bands such as the Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, and Queens of the Stone Age, Skelephant have a talent for writing memorable songs with an ear for the creativity needed for fresh material on the well trodden path of the rock genre. With our dedicated, growing fanbase, and air time on radio stations across the uk and overseas, including on BBC Introducing Beds, Herts and Bucks, Skelephant are starting to make some waves. Gig History Starting close to home, the band regularly played renowned venues such as St Albans’ the Horn, Luton’s the Castle, and London’s the Raven, both as headliners and supporting major touring acts such as Haunt The Woods, The Pale White and Everyone You Know. In more recent times Skelephant have ventured further afield on their own UK tour to play to crowds in major cities such as Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Leeds and Bristol, to name a few.
